By registering with Your Parenting you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information about yourself as well as family members/friends registered on your account and to update that information if it changes. After registration you will be sent an email to verify that the email address you use for registration is controlled by you. By completing the registration process, you are stating that you are at least eighteen years of age or a minor with parental consent to use our web site.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
This site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa and therefore governed by South African law. In the event of any dispute of any nature whatsoever arising between the parties on any matter provided for in, or arising out of this agreement, and not resolved through the Customer Relations Department of Your Parenting, then such a dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in terms of the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Johannesburg in English. The parties hereto acknowledge that they are barred from instituting any action or legal proceeding or process more than one year after the day on which the claim or cause of action arose.
DOMICILIUM
Your Parenting chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 6 SOUTH BLOCK PROTEA PLACE, SANDOWN, JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA.
TERM, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may in our sole discretion suspend and/ or terminate registration or use of our website or our services at any time and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damages suffered on account of such suspension and or termination. Typically, we would only do this where you have not used our services for some time or if we believe that you have acted inconsistently with those terms and conditions. However, there may be other reasons why we would suspend and/ or terminate.
This agreement shall commence when the user registers on the Your Parenting site and continues indefinitely until terminated by Your Parenting for any other reason. Should you not agree with these Terms and Conditions in full, you must immediately terminate your use of this site.
